ABEL provides links to other websites which may be of interest to you. ABEL is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website that requests personal information from you.

b. Third-Party Social Media

ABEL's use of social media is an extension of its presence on the Internet. Social media accounts are public and are not hosted on ABEL's servers. Users who interact with ABEL via social media should read the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party platforms and any applications used to access them.

c. Communications with ABEL

If you consent to receiving electronic marketing and promotional messages from ABEL, you may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message. When you send us an e-mail, we use your information strictly to respond to your message. Please do not include sensitive information in e-mails, as e-mail is not a secure method of communication.

d. Special Note for Parents

ABEL takes seriously its obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. This Website is not directed at children, and we request that individuals under the age of 13 not provide personal information through the Website.

e. EU GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) does not apply as this Website is not intended to be used by individuals located within the European Union.

f. Assignment
